INTRODUCTION AND LOCATION:

Tenerife is an island in the Atlantic Ocean that belongs to the Canary Islands (Spain). Its capital is Santa Cruz de Tenerife, also capital of the province and the Canary Islands (near Las Palmas de Gran Canaria).

HOW TO GET THERE:
The principal way to reach Tenerife is the plane. There are two airports on the island: Reina Sofía Airport (Tenerife South) and Los Rodeos airport (Tenerife North).

TOURISM:
In Tenerife can, from top to Teide, the highest peak in Spain, to go to some splendid coves looking for sun and relax, going through practice surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing or watching sports native (Lucha Canaria, Palo Canario and Bola Canaria)

Tenerife is known internationally as the "Island of Eternal Spring". Broadly speaking, the weather in Tenerife is moderate, temperate and very smooth in any season. No periods of cold but neither any suffocating heat.
