INTRODUCTION:
Menorca is one of the main islands of the Balearic archipelago (Spain).
Its name comes from Minorica, that is because it is smaller than the island of Majorca.

HOW TO GET THERE:
The primary route of entry to the island is by air, with cheap flights from various low-cost companies, especially from the United Kingdom and Germany.

TOURISM:
On the island there are large numbers of megalithic monuments (navetas, talayots) and the taulas Talayotics time. We have found significant archaeological sites in the towns of prehistoric Trepucó and Talatí, naveta des Tudons, between Citadel and Ferrerías. There is also a Christian basilica in the vicinity of the beach of Son Bou and the rubble of a fortress in the Mount Santa Agueda, the last point of resistance of the Muslims before their conquest by Alfonso III.
