INTRODUCTION AND LOCATION:
The Community of Madrid is an autonomous region of Spain in the center of the Iberian Peninsula and, within the latter, in the center of the Central Plateau. Its capital, Madrid, is also the capital of Spain. Its estimated population is 6,061,680 people, who are concentrated in the metropolitan area.
HOW TO GET THERE:
The Community of Madrid has an extensive network of highways and motorways. They are all free use, with the exception of radial R-2, R-3, R-4 and R-5, PA-6 and the channels that access to the Terminal 4 (T4) Madrid-Barajas Airport, they are toll.
Also, the easiest way to get there is by plane. There are several flights per day to Madrid.
TOURISM:
The Community of Madrid is a tourist center of the first order. The tourist spots are shared between: painting and architecture at the Prado Museum, monuments, historic gardens, protected natural areas and sculptures among others.

WEATHER:
Despite its small size (8.021,80 km ²), the Community of Madrid has two distinct climates, as a consequence of its location between the Central System and Tagus Valley: Mountain Climate (or cold temperatures very cold in winter and mild in summer) and Mediterranean climate(cool winters with temperatures below 8 ° C and hot summers, with average temperatures higher than 24 ° C in July.
