Squash Camps objectives

-That the participant enjoys our sport and their stay, in a good atmosphere and has a guideline for training during the year.
-The progressive increase in the productivity of the boy or girl taking part.
-The camp is aimed at boys and girls, aged 8-19, for all levels, that wish to have a nice stay, in good company and take part in squash-beneficial activities.
-Personalized relationships, as much in squash as the other programme activities, is vital to us.

Squash Training:

Development
- Each pupil receives a dossier with training drills, annual planning.
- Based on improving the quality of player, the technical element, physical and mental strength.
- We will help plan the participant’s improvement.
- Video sessions and seminars to improve tactics...
- Sports psychology, stretching, relaxation and visualization.

Our squash lessons are aimed to:
- Promote playing squash in a healthy environment.
- Develop your technical and mental skills through an instruction program.
- Analyze your strong and weak points to develop individual training program with specific exercises to improve your strike.


Leisure and tourism:

- Swimming pools, table-tennis, BIT Balls, Hip Hop
- Cultural trips

Squash Camps format:

Maximum weekly numbers – 18 participants.
Camp run and co-ordinated by Tino Casas.

-Bruno Vega (Number 1 Basque country)
-International players.
